Very happy with my purchase!! I have a Mazda CX-3 and needed a rear wiper blade replacement. I went to Canadian Tire and they said they can't get one because they don't have a good enough connection to get Mazda parts which made no sense. I drove to West Can Auto Parts and they said sure no problem it will be sent from the Surrey store. It was there the next day and what a Great price!! If you have a Mazda I would check here first for parts.

First time on the phone with them but definitely did not feel like a first time customer, the sales reps are very knowledgeable and know how to talk for sure. Make this your go to place for your import car maintenance consumables/parts that are otherwise difficult to find like Liqui Moly, Total lubricants, etc. Nicely ask and they’ll adjust the price to ensure your satisfaction and loyalty.

These guys are great to deal with, especially at this location. Prices for auto parts are very competitive. Customer service is second to none. My new go-to auto parts dealer!

Been buying auto parts from here since before they were WestCan. Father-in-law suggested the store about 25 years ago. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Six vehicles ranging in age from 1990 - 2017. They are our go-to for all our vehicle parts.

I came to this store yesterday to buy a furnace filter, and two of the employees there were awesome. They helped me find lots of things I needed. One guy's name is Robin, and he is perfect at helping with pipes and plumbing. The other person's name is ozar, and she is so nice and kind. She has a good smile on her face all the time for all the customers. She helped me and reminded me of lots of things that I had forgotten. Then, my receipt was about $200, but I am happy about that because she gave me good energy for the rest of my day. I just want to tell the store manager, 'thank you for hiring these people and teaching them to have good customer service'."

I've come to this location for a few other parts before for my vehicles and the staff were fast and efficient in getting me everything I needed at competitive prices. Today I dealt with Aamir and he was immediately very helpful with looking for the parts I needed and made an effort to look for the ones I asked about extensively even though their phones were ringing off the hook. He made sure I had everything I needed and wasn't making me feel rushed at all. He even made a corporate discount happen when I asked about it. I will be recommending other employees from our company to ask for him and send them to WestCan for their autoparts. Thank you Aamir for your great service and effort! Much appreciated.

We needed a last minute belt as ours blew. My co worker called in and they were able to get the belt in for us the same afternoon ! It was in and we were able to grab it just as they were closing. Awesome friendly staff. Very impressed!

These guys have been here over 50 years. That says a lot! Experienced Knowledgeable friendly counter staff. Good quality parts at good prices.
