Excellent in all respects, if you're looking for something obscure Chris at the Abby store is very knowledgable and enthusiastic about finding solutions to the kind of problems that most parts guys don't have the patience for. Highly reccomended, this is my go-to parts store from now on.

Hands down best parts store I've been to. Everybody is always do friendly and welcoming. Knowledgeable staff always have whay I need. They go above and beyond always make sure to be clear with policies and make sure I know an item is final sale or can't be returned to ensure I'm not wasting money. 10/10 would recommend over any parts store in the area.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I've visited this business a few times in the last few months and I have to give them two thumbs up. Whether it's for a light bulb, windshield wiper, car battery, etc, I always find them so extremely helpful and accommodating. Had a break line fail on the ferry going to Pender island from Vancouver island on a Friday afternoon while on vacation. Was able to get to our accommodations and had to figure out how to get a part after many phone calls and ideas. West Can and Canadian tire said they would have the part on their counter Monday when we got to the main land. After a great weekend on Pender but with the thought of how to fix the vehicle in back of my mind. We nursed the vehicle back on to the ferry and head for the main land. Canadian tire was closer to the ferry terminal and opened earlier so headed there first. Went up to the parts desk and asked for the part. "You want what? you ordered when? from who? we could have that in by Thursday if you like" yup exactly what I expected from Canadian tire. Off to Wes Can we go, after a touchy drive. I get to the parts desk, and they have it sitting there waiting for me. Amazing they saved the vacation! Changed the part in the parking lot and we were off 12hours later home safe and sound. Thank you.

I’ve been to this location a few times for various automotive parts. Customer service has been excellent every time. They are attentive, friendly and quick to help. I was greeted warmly and professionally by two nice ladies on different occasions who work here regularly. Kudos to this Wescan.

These guys are the best, they go way beyond for the smallest customer. You feel like you have friends hear, everybody knows your name. Prices will beat anybody in town by suprising amounts. Won't go anywhere else.
