You may also visit our nearest store to you to get the parts purchased and the store in charge will help you! The other way of ordering online is with the help of customer service which you will have to provide vehicle details along with the required parts.

 

What modes of payment does West Can Auto Parts accept?

Yes, we do have stores of our own which you can walk in and purchase parts. They are located at different locations namely: Kamloops, Burnaby, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Coquitlam, Richmond, Abbotsford

West Can Auto Parts delivers parts and tools to our customer's house at an extra charge which is very minimal depending upon the distance which our delivery partners have to travel. Also, it usually takes less than 24 business hours for the parts to be delivered subjected to availability of the part at the nearest store located to you.

You can easily return and exchange parts and tools at our stores along with the order receipt or you can get help from our customer service regarding a return. However, please note that the return that will be made will only be acceptable within 30 business days from the date of purchase and the part should not be used or damaged along with the original manufacturer's box.

A core part is simply an old part which can be used to recycle, remanufactured and rebuilt. After this is done it is almost like a brand new part. A part with a “core charge” attached to it; We'll have you refunded the cost of that charge when you return the part to us after it wears out or is replaced.

A core part can be returned directly to our store once you purchase the new part or can be given to the delivery partner once you receive the new part when it is home delivery. However, the core must be returned along with an original manufacturer's box or the box of the new part as well. The return window for core parts are within 90 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Refund of the core charge shall be made then after.

We are sorry but we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) upon home deliveries. We only accept online payments and through Credit Cards.
